Marshall Regional Arts Council
Designated the official local arts agency, the Marshall Regional Arts Council has served the area for
20 years as a coordinating and presenting agency. Housed at the Marshall Civic Center, the arts council presents a
lively and varied season of performances with its primary venue being the theater at the Civic Center.
From Ray Charles to David Copperfield to The Nutcracker, the arts council has entertained thousands of
local and regional audiences. Children's performances, subgranting to local arts groups and bringing lifelong
learning through the arts and humanities has been its mission.
